「Location is great, staff is great (shout out to Malickie for assisting my sister with a room issue and to Riyadh for assisting us with a seamless checkout and airport transfer!!) My only criticism is the shower drain was extremely clogged, causing a flood in the first couple minutes. We didn’t address it to the staff since it was a short stay for us so we just dealt with it but other than this, a lot of pluses and I would recommend! 」

「I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. One washroom shower had a big crack on the floor. We took picture and reported to the reception desk. They didnt switch our room. When we took shower, the whole washroom got filled with water. We reported to the reception. They gave us a wiper to clear the floor. Also due to the crack on the floor, the shower floor was shaky and unsafe to use. Also, the description of the apartment stated, there is a sofa bed in the living room. But in reality, it was just a sofa...

「Booked a 1 bed king suite. Good value for money and in central As Salama area. Conveniently located to the airport and short drive to Al Balad / Corniche with shopping, barbers laundry and restaurants. Modern room with microwave, fridge, and cooker. Have to run the hot water for about 10mins to get a hot shower! No breakfast but just pop outside the hotel and walk a few meters you'll find a small kitchen which serves Egg Paratha and Karak chai for SAR 5 (£1). Recommended. 」
