「Room is very updated and bathroom is very modern and clean」

「Makarem Burj Al Madina was great! Staff were friendly, and rooms were clean. Hotel is relatively new and well maintained. You are welcome with some nice dates and Kawa coffee. The Breakfast buffet is 10/10. Very healthy and organic choices, would highly recommend this hotel.」

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne souhaitant séjourner à Médine dans de bonnes conditions. Une très belle expérience, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors d’un...

「The photos are fake and the price is very high its just a 1 star hotel.」

「Not bad for the price」

「Convenient location and helpful staff and very polite. Housekeeping folks were excellent.」

The front desk staff were rude, unfriendly, and carried an attitude that made interactions uncomfortable. It almost feels like the location of the hotel contributes to this behavior; being close to a high‑traffic area, they seem confident guests will stay regardless of how they treat...
