「Room was clean, check in staff were not friendly. There was a miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel actually having the reservation. Meaning we didn’t get the room we paid for.」

「Clean rooms and nicely furnished plus spacious. Staff very nice and cooporative. Very near to airport. 10 minutes Uber drive. Only drawback was the location, which is in the same lane as all car dealers and workshops. Safe, but didn't feel comfortable walking with family.」

「We have booked with Expedia for five people for tonight and when we got to the hotel, we were told that we only paid for two people. It was a little over $1300 for the two nights and for tonight and when we go to the hotel, we were told that we only paid for two people. It was little over $1300 For the two nights and we had to pay extra $200 per night for a third person and the two other kids were free. Advice to book straight through the property to avoid surprises like that.」
