Really enjoyed the stay. but the only thing which really annoyed is when we arrived at the airport the pick up staff was so rude we waited outside the airport near hotel buses shuttle around 45 mins. He can and said oh you guys have to see the board in my hands and talk to me. When we try to explain that the airport staff told us to wait outside. He replied that it’s not your private transport. It is the shuttle bus which you guys have to know the timing and...

「Servicing staff are very helpful and friendly. I upgraded to Delux room, it is worth and spacious. During the hot season. I can only start outdoor activities after 3pm. Therefore I stay most of the time in the room. Location is excellent, take 3 mins to Soug Waqif station and the market. 」

「The overall experience was beyond fantastic. The room was clean, the food was great and lots of options and availability. The staff were great and a special thanks to Simon the chef and all restaurant team. The swimming area was great too, thanks to Ly, ths life guard. Location great and overall experience was great. Checked in on 9 Feb 2026, room 436 and checked out 19 Feb 2026. We were two adults with a 6 year old. Highly recommended and will visit again. 」
