There is definitely potential in this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful but it surprises me it got such a high reviews. The location is quite boring and there is nothing around which requires you to take a taxi anywhere you want to go. When we got there the hotel was overly crowded as well. Breakfast was also quite full in the morning. The staff was however friendly and especially the ones that worked in the restaurant and room service. If you have your own car or just staying for the night, it gives you value for the money. Otherwise I would look for other places.

From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. Hotel is spotlessly clean and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with the most comfortable bed I think I’ve slept in. Plenty of storage space and easy to operate air conditioning. The bathroom was very spacious with separate tub bath and wet room area with shower. The toilet was in the bathroom but in a separate area. The towels and bedding were luxurious. Housekeeping was faultless. Breakfast every day was varied and the staff very courteous and helpful. We ate in the Surrey restaurant and the Italian restaurant and the food was exceptional especially the Italian. There was also a happy hour for drinks every evening. Although we didn’t use the infinity pool it was a lovely area to relax in. This is a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our 9 night stay. Every member of staff from the housekeeping to restaurant staff to reception staff security and valet staff couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here on our next visit.

We had a great stay here. The location and local amenties were fab! The only thing we were a little unhappy about was that we were unable to eat outside by the pool even though all the tables and canapés were complete empty. If you do come with small children, please bear in mind the swimming pool is not very suitable for them.

All staff were very friendly - we are grateful to Srikant who greeted us upon arrival and was very kind to us. Everyone including security were well mannered and respectful. The breakfast was beautiful - can even order from a menu as well as the buffet itself. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bathrooms were huge with lovely decor. We will return again next year for a family holiday. Thank you for making our stay memorable :)

Great experience

All was very good, bedroom are big, modern, quiet and very comfy They have a parking with vallet so very easy with the car Breakfast is a buffet with all variety of food (fruit, bakery, yogur, eggs)... you have for every taste For lunch and diner they have a nice buffet and a la carte restaurant What caught the most my attention is the friendlyness of all the staff I will definitly come back

I had an excellent stay. Isaiah checked me in and he was really helpful in terms of giving advice about Doha and making sure I had the information I needed. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. It was clean and felt very relaxed. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety and very high quality - the muffins were really great. I ate in several of the restaurants and the food was excellent throughout the hotel. Hatem was really helpful and friendly in the Italian restaurant. The hotel is in walking distance of the metro and located near to the attractions. They booked me a taxi to the airport and it was cost effective. I would definitely stay here again in future.
