The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, clearly experienced and always willing to help. I especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing a late check-out at no extra charge, as my flight was late at night. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a well equipped gym and a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options, including Asian, Arabic, and English dishes, all of good quality. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. "
