From the time we dropped off the car and checked in to the end of our stay we could not have had a better time. Courteous and efficient check in. Large clean, modern room with great bathroom. I messed up our reservation and Aingle (?) and Ahmed fixed it and got me a room. The food there is absolutely amazing. Best breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed.

Great hotel with good facilities. Just avoid visiting StrEAT cafe in the hotel as food options are limited and ambience is not very good 😑 Mr. Bivek from Bistro restaurant is a wonderful energetic man and will take good care during your visit.

Check-in wasn't the friendliest. The lady cheking us in was very straight faced and serious. Our room smelt of smoke. Didn't opt for a smoking room. Best thing about the stay was the 3pm check-out. A late checkout is always good.

The hotel is fabulous - staff, service and room. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient and good. The coffee stations weren’t always stocked with cups though. Ate at StrEAT Culture one evening - vegetable tempura was fantastic. Thank you Collins for good conversation! Parking underground was super convenient. Pool area was nice however definitely not enough seats or loungers to accommodate the size of this hotel! Overall, a 5 star experience.
