「This is a beautiful, wonderful hotel with a historic touch. The rooms are well kept and the staff are very attentive. Got a chance to meet the owners who are wonderful people. The hotel itself is just a minute walking from anything shopping to restaurants, but away from the busy streets and noise. I’ve stayed in Ramallah before but nothing compares to this one and will be back again on my next trip to the area!」

「The staff are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you’re family. They were quick to respond when there was an issue with the heat in my room. The hotel is beautiful. The main floor is antique like the old city there is a lot of room to enjoy company or reading. The rooms on the upper floors are modern and very comfortable. My room had a great view of walls at the Jaffa Gate and the Tower of David. I highly recommend the Gloria Hotel 」

「First -- when you get to what seems to be the right address, look for the green door and push inwards (ignore the handle that looks like you should pull it open). This is essentially a rooming house in the religious Geula neighborhood, with basic and very comfortable amenities and touches of artistic flair in all of the public rooms. I loved my stay.
