There is no physical staff to check you in. You check in with someone who is remote with spotty internet connection so it takes extra time to check in. No one comes by to clean your room, if you need any towels you need to go grab them yourself. Walls are supper thin can hear ppl next door and ppl walking around upstairs.

Property is a bit outdated but yet still expensive. Showers was nice but furniture needs replacement along with a little painting would definitely help. (Some TLC)
The price of the hotel and food was not deserving to be that outdated.
Was unable to open balcony doors and restaurant on the 17th floor was booked for a party but nothing notified of this, found out when we got there.

The place was great, Nice bar and good location. However the room was quite small and all concrete like staying in a cell, didn't not carer for it and it did not match pictures , would not stay again.

Hotel was pretty good but noise and cleanliness were affected by light rail construction in the street, not their fault, and of course, personell presence might have been affected by war-time absences.
