The front desk staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and they truly surprised me by upgrading my room to a higher category without me even asking. The hotel’s WhatsApp support line was also very efficient, responding immediately and resolving any issues right away. Its central location is a major advantage. 「Strongly recommended. The staff for airport shuttle to the hotel was easy to find. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The view of my room was great. Facilities, e.g. gym and swimming pool are great. One issue is that the pavement near the hotel was under construction due to works of nearby hotels to be built. I think there will won’t be a problem after the hotels are completed. 」
