The pool was good, especially for those who enjoy swimming, as the weather can feel quite hot- particularly if you are coming from cold, snowy countries. The staff are professional and friendly. They made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and cared for. Housekeeping has also been exceptional. The room is serviced twice daily, with the sheets perfectly arranged, fresh spring water provided, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear they take great pride in their work. This has been a wonderful experience during a stressful travel situation, and the Palazzo Versace team made it comfortable, relaxing, and memorable.
