「I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. 「Greeted with a friendly welcome. Nice, new carpet smell in the hallways. Room was freshly refurbished. Surprising gap in the bottom of the door, however. You could see through into the hallway from underneath the door. Otherwise, excellent property and very happy with staff, decor, and overall facilities.」

「The planes are noisy. The breakfast is terrible. The house is not soundproof. But the room rate is very high. There are also kitchen facilities for cooking and a large refrigerator.」
