宿のアンケートにも書きましたが夕食でアレルギーがあると伝えたにもかかわらず、その後食材を平気で朝食に出されました。命にも関わることなので、しっかり申し送りしてほしいです。また、宿のアンケートに書いたのに何の反応もないのも不誠実だと思いました。それ以外は快適だったので、残念です。

最高のおもてなしをありがとう！

口コミが良かったので今回の滞在を決めたのですが写真通りの絶景のお風呂で大変満足しました。 料理も食べ切れないほどの量で味も美味しくほんとにぜいたくな1日を過ごさせてもらいました。フロントからの景色も本当に絶景で夜はバーになっていてまたふいんきが違う感じがまた素敵でした。 部屋よりもロビーで時間をすごしたかったぐらいです笑 この日がわたしの誕生日だったんですが、とても素敵な日になって良かったです。

宿泊室が最悪でした。エクスペディアの事前資料ではオーシャンフロントでしたが、実際は窓の真正面が古びたホテルの建物で海は端の方に少し見える程度。部屋も価格の割には狭く、エレベーターを降りたあと非常に急な階段を登る所にあり、閉口しました。 これまで毎年海外旅行でお世話になりましたが、これからは御社を使うことはありません。

年末の家族旅行

露天風呂からの景色が最高で、年末の良い思い出となりました。また折よくロビーでバイオリンのコンサートがあり、滅多にない近くでバイオリンの生音を聴け、家族で楽しめました。

環境優美，可以觀賞日出和日落，非常難得，戶外風呂非常開揚，値得讚賞，唯一問題是房間和週遭設備比較舊，但整體还是十分滿意。

宿泊させていただいたのは７階の部屋でしたが、５階から上の部屋へは階段を使う必要があり、入り組んだ通路をクネクネと抜けていく必要があります。露天風呂への往復は迷うかもしれません。部屋は狭く浴室もついておらず、ほぼ寝るだけのスペースといった感じです。 とは言え、部屋からも露天風呂からも海を見渡せる眺望が最高で、また朝食も豪華で、ほぼ満足できました。

受付ロビーの景色から絶景で、すごく良かったです。 お風呂も適温で、湯船からの景色もサイコー！ずっと入ってたいお風呂でした。ご飯のお世話係の方も感じのいい方で、大満足でした。

館内でスリッパエリアと裸足エリアが分かれていて、スリッパの脱ぎ履きが少々面倒でした。 旅館入口で靴を預かってくれるのですが、フロントスタッフさんが忙しくていらっしゃらない時もあり、外出する際に靴を出してもらうのが心苦しかったりします。 温泉とロビーは眺望が素晴らしいです。

温泉が良かったが、建物の作りが複雑で、迷子になりそう。

予約後に確認電話があり、アレルギーの有無など確認してくれた。 平日の宿泊だったが、チェックイン時に人手が足りないのか、部屋への案内まで待たされた。 浴衣のサイズ変更を部屋から電話で依頼したが、なかなか来ないので、フロントまで交換に行った。泊まった部屋は、エレベーターがない部屋で、２回分階段で上がらないといけなかったので、膝の悪い母には辛かった。 温泉は景色もお湯もが最高に良かった。ご飯もとても美味しく、食べきれなかったご飯を夜食用におにぎりにしてもらえた。

高齢者は、階段が厳しい。事前に聞いて欲しい。 こちらの事情をそれとなく相談したら、すぐに追加料金で部屋を変えられますと言われた。 通路も迷路のようで、わかりにくかった。 部屋も海側でしたが、すぐ下が調理場で、窓を開けられなかった。

レストランは外国人スタッフが多いですが、とても教育されているのか、キレイな日本語と丁寧な接客をしていただきました。 また、フロントスタッフの方々にも色々とケアしていただき、快適な時間を過ごせました。 少しだけ残念だったのが、部屋の洗面台に前の方のゴミ(歯ブラシ入れビニールを開封した時の切れ端)がハンドソープ容器の前に落ちていたことと空気清浄機に要クリーンのランプが点灯していたこと。 温泉からの景色も良く、夕朝食も美味しく、スタッフも親切な方が多かった分悪い点がいつもより気になりました。 それを差し引いてもプラス評価ですが、隅の埃はもはや気にしませんがわかりやすい場所はせめて気をつけていただければと思います。 また、泊まる予定です。

後味が悪い

まず、到着時の出迎えがない！ びっくりしました。 海側のお部屋を予約しましたが 半分建物で海の景色が隠れていました。 予約サイト側がきちんと説明するべきだと思います。 あと、客室が異臭がしました。 芳香剤がたくさん置いてあり、ホテル側も 認識があったと思われます。 こちらも何らかの説明をされるべきですね。 あと、喫茶ラウンジのスタッフも お釣りの計算もままならない外国人でした。 もちろんコーヒーもお世辞にも美味しいと 言えるものではありません。 せっかく絶景露天風呂をお持ちなのに 本当に残念に思いました。 過去に利用した友人数名も 同じ感想でした。 スタッフの教育、おもてなしの姿勢を 一から考え直されたほうがよろしいのでは…

We have two bookings at Ginpaso. The confirmation were at i) 152910064560 for two rooms (one for Mr. Chung's two people family and one for Mr. Leung's four people family) and ii) 154643907173. In checking in, we found there is only booking ii) above are with bath room inside the room though the facilities as stated in each of the conformation statements are with Bath Room Facilities inside the room. We try to fight with the hotel management as well call in to Hotel.com to seek help. Though we spent one hour in talking to your agents as well 30 minutes to the hotel management team, we were still unable to get all three rooms with Bath Room. They admit their fault but no remedy possible as the hotel is totally full. Please take it as my official complaints to both Hotel.com as well as Ginpaso and I demand to have 50% room rate discount on the Leung's 4 rooms booking under confirmation number at 152910064560 as the Family are suffered with no Bath Room Facilities inside their room as quoted in the conformation facilities which is indeed a breach of contract.

ロケーションは良いのですが

ロビーでチェックインまでの間、お茶をいれてくださったりとゆっくり待ち時間をすごせて良かったです。が、同じ苗字のかたがおられたのにもかかわらず苗字だけで何度も呼ばれ「?」となりました。 チェックアウトの時もクレジットで支払った金額と違う領収書を渡されたりでどうなってるのか？と思いました。 温泉は最高ですが、リニューアルしたにもかかわらず前と同じスタッフの対応にがっかりでした。

無敵海景的温泉

從步出通往温泉的專用電梯開始巳欣賞到－望無際的海景，浪花拍岸。果然，温泉擁有無敵海景，尤其是在夕陽西下，面對美麗的景色，浸在暖暖的泉水裹令人身心舒暢。酒店的膳食豐富，職員友善服務態度良好，值得推薦。
