Nice hotel

Be sure to try the free breakfast, was very delicious. Location is very convenient, close to Akita station. Rooms are a little small but expected. Service of course is great. Would recommend.

Very good business hotel with convenient location

This is a good business hotel right up the street from Akita Station. It's good for a short stay and having breakfast was very convenient and really good. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the bathroom felt a little small, even for a Japanese hotel (I've stayed in dozens and this room seemed a bit smaller than normal). I'd stay here again based on the location and the breakfast options despite the average comfort. One note--they advertised having parking but they didn't when we stayed because of construction. There is a parking lot right next door and the hotel offers a Y550 parking ticket that's good for 1 night's stay--which was VERY cheap compared to the Y3100 cost on the meter when we departed. Just be aware that the parking may not be free.

Location was good, next to Akita station. Room was clean. My only issue is the bathroom, specifically the toilet paper roll holder. The bathroom is already small, but the holder was too big that the bathroom was more cramped to move around. I kept hitting the holder with my leg.

Okay for the money

First trip to Akita and did not know what to expect. Relied on reviews for this hotel and was disappointed about the room size especially the bathroom. In the bathroom, I could barely turn around without hitting something. Price was very attractive but if I had known about the room size, I would have paid for something larger and nicer. I have to say the convenience to the train station was a plus. One person okay, two people, get a larger room.

部屋のドアの密閉度が低いので､音がダダ漏れするところが気になった。 スマホの充電コード､湯沸かしポットが故障しているのか､全く使えなかったのが残念。 部屋はとても清潔に保たれていて、大満足でした。 朝の朝食はとても美味しく､満足のいくものでした。また機会があれば､利用したいと思います。

宿泊客が多い日らしく、ツインがとれずダブルになってしまいました。部屋が狭いので窮屈感はありました。ですが、秋田駅から徒歩で数分、清潔で静か、何より無料とある朝食が美味しい。次から次と客は来るものの、食べてサクサクと皆さん席を立つので待つこともなく利用できます。スタッフの方々も感じよかったです。この時期、駐車場が工事中だとかで、指定の何ヵ所かのコインパーキングまで行かなければならずそれが少しおっくうでした。早く工事が終わるといいですね。

無料の朝食が充実していた。野菜は温野菜とサラダ、煮物など、秋田らしさできりたんぽ入りスープや美味しい雑穀米、肉類やソーセージ、卵料理など子どもから高齢者までどの年代でも、好みが多種多様でも、食べられる食材があったように思う。健康志向の人向けのメニュー多し。 ベッドもよかった。マットレスの寝心地いい。 浴室は狭かったが清潔。シャワーの勢いがもう少し強いのが自分好みだが、不満というほどではない。
