"Amazing. The hotel representative walked to the drop off area meeting our car upon arrival. He then walked us to the hotel to check in. The room itself was beautiful with a lovely view of Chefchaouen. The entire staff was wonderful, the location was right in the middle of the Medina, the bed was comfortable and we had a wonderful time. On the morning of our departure, the hotel prepared our breakfast early and once again walked us to the meeting point for vehicles, even calling our driver to make sure the pick up went without a hitch. As English only speakers in Morocco, the language barrier presented some challenges that were easily overcome with Google translate. We will visit Morocco again and next time learn some French before we go. We would not hesitate to stay at Palacio Al Andalus again. It is listed as a restaurant (not a hotel) on Google maps for good reason, there are only five rooms and it is lovely."

The room is a great mix of modern amenities and moroccan style and was so nice after a week in Riads. Everything was clean and tidy and all the staff offered attentive service. We had a great stay"
