The hotel is the best by offering drinks and snacks throughout the day including late night ochazuke. Hotel was so lovely that i extended my stay for another 5 days. "We never got to breakfast but it smelled amazing. The staff was kind and helpful, they spoke English very well I didn't need to use my translation app. I highly recommend this hotel if your going to the park it's right next to the JR line entrance and Universal Studios Park. It's right on City Walk where there are a lot of shops and food options also Starbucks and Tullys Coffee are there by the Hotels entrance. The room was clean and big. We had a fridge. The bathroom had a medium sized counter but an big sink, the tub was amazingly large and deep, the shower was perfect height, pressure was amazing. 9.9/10 only because they didn't have towel racks or hooks lol but definitely worth the price."
