「This location was ideal for us because of its remote location. We had no difficulty with accessibility to it, because the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the local train station if you pre-arranged it in advance. Food was locally sourced and exceptional in quality. The outdoor baths were relaxing as they were set among the forest. Loved the friendliness of the staff. We had no problem communicating in Japanese but did find some of the Indian staff speaking English with us...

C’è la possibilità di riservare per 1 ora una sauna/onsen privata, bellissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Se devo trovare un punto sfavorevole è il rumore che si sente degli altri ospiti. Ma per la bellezza del locale e del luogo, si puó certamente chiudere un occhio :)」

「スタッフの皆さん、とてもステキでした。 朝、お風呂や朝食のために部屋をでたとき、ベットメイキングの女性から明るく挨拶されて、とてもよかったです。 朝食もおいしかったです。 部屋はテーブルの下の木の部分に穴が空いていたり、はげているところがあるので、修繕したほうがよいかもしれません。 イスのクッションがへたっていました。 ベッドはとてもよくて、ぐっすり寝られました。」

「總體上講，在伊那這種小城鎮，以這個價格住這種酒店，還是基本可以接受的。酒店離火車站很近，設施比較老舊，房間里充滿了燒油的味道，只有一個公共澡堂，男女共用，18-20點女士洗漱，20-22點男士洗漱。我去的時候，有一位女客人沒有遵照女士的洗漱時間，因此我在外面等了一會才可以去洗漱。店主阿姨不會講英文，溝通稍微有些困難，但人蠻熱情。」
