Everything else was excellent except its bathroom, rather small and its floor is slanted for water flow. The room came with the great view of mountains of Komagatake. Within walking distance to various attractions including famous Kozenji temple. The only reason I gave the rating of 4 is because of its bathroom.

I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and an amazing hot spring experience, I highly recommend Komagane Kogen Resort Linx. I will definitely be returning in the future!

自然探訪の行事参加がお勧め

駒ヶ岳は見えませんでしたが、周辺の山に朝日があたり、南アルプスの影か変化が一様でなく、趣ある日の出でした。 　朝食は十分な品質と量で楽しめます。自然探訪の行事としてムササビと星空があります。ホテルの直ぐ横でムササビの飛行を見られました。案内の人は素晴らしく、自然保護に情熱のある方でした。 　ホテルに車を停めて、真前のバス停から、自家用車乗り入れ禁止の千畳敷カール、駒ヶ岳まだ行けます。

5回目のリピートです。高原の中にあるホテルでロケーションは最高です。特に紅葉の時期はとても景色が素晴らしい。 夕食のバイキングのレベルはかなり高いです。 ムササビを見たり、星空の散歩ツアーなど楽しめるイベントもあります。スタッフさんの接客もとてもよいです。

眺めがいい窓

部屋から見える山の景色はとても綺麗でいい部屋だった。料理もブュッフェ式ですが大変美味しく朝、夜満足でした。ただ大浴場は湯船に浮かんだ虫やゴミを定期的に取った方いいです。２日とも気になりました。せっかくの露天風呂と大浴場がもったいなく残念でした。

全体的には満足

全体的に高評価です。 ビュッフェについても料金に見合うだけの対価はあると思います。（とはいえホテル料金ではありますが。） サービスについてもビジネスホテル程度の期待値だったので特に不満はないのですが、3日間の滞在中に二組の常連（もしくは上位ルーム宿泊）のチェックイン/アウトに遭遇し、スタッフの対応及びその対応にかける人数のあまりの違いに格差を感じました。 ホテル側からすれば常連に対して違いを感じさせるのがホスピタリティ経営の最適解だとは思うのでなんとも言えません… 立地は千畳敷カールに向かう人にとってはかなりよいロケーションです。 バスの乗り場が菅の台バスセンターの一つ手前なので、行列に並ばずに済みます。 臨時バスは菅の台バスセンター止まりや始発だったりしますが歩いて10分もかからないのでその場の判断で臨機応変に対応できます。

温泉が気に入りました

静かな立地でアクセスも良く好印象です。 マイナス面は、空調が各部屋でコントロールできず、風呂のシャワーカーテンが少し匂う、部屋が裏側だったので眺望は全くなかった事です。 立地以外で良かったのは、温泉の雰囲気がとても良かったです、曜日的に客が少なく暗い雰囲気の大浴場を独り占めできて映画の一場面のようでした。

初秋の高原の夜を堪能

高原の雰囲気の中で、ウェディング施設もあり格式を感じるとても素敵なホテルでした。バイキングですが料理も一流。ワインにとても詳しいウエイターさんのお勧めの地元産赤ワインでディナーを堪能しました。宿泊代金もリーズナブルで大満足。また訪れたいホテルです。
