"The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious. The views from this 27th floor corner apartment were gorgeous. The apartment had two balconies attached to the bedrooms and sitting room. Prompt attention was always available by the service team. Any concerns were addressed very expeditiously. Great experience staying in this lovely apartment . "

"We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts.
