「Was perfect」

「1）酒店比较新，设施满意，唯一的不足是窗户是封闭的打不卡的，但也是优点，因为隔音效果好，几乎听不见马路上的车水马龙声音。 2）酒店位置离KAROL BAGH地铁站大概1千米距离，走路有点远，幸好途中有两个中国餐厅SPICY和JADE GARDEN，也有麦当劳和肯德基。 3）还有一个连锁酒店也在附近，比这个便宜一点，离KAROL BAGH地铁站很近，下次可以尝试一下。」

「0/5 — This is not a 4-star hotel, it’s a 0-star experience I don’t understand how this property is rated as a 4-star hotel. The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was an actual brawl happening right outside the entrance when I got there, and the whole environment felt sketchy enough that I decided not to check in at all. When I went inside to speak to reception, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. According to their own no-show...

「The rooms size is good and the price is good. OfCourse Iron and iron Board also present. But no Maintenace. The bed clothes were old and smelly. floor was not cleaned. Housekeeping people are not doing proper work. Just for formalities they are doing work. Many broken, rusted and damaged in the rest room. 」

「Horrible experience, Bad smell in the rooms and toilet. Bed and sheets are not clean or washed. I have booked two rooms for 4 adults and 1 Child(15Yrs). Even after it is confirmed in the booking form , the hotel manager asked me to pay Rs 1120/- extra for the Child while check out. They did not provide extra bed too.」
