「The hotel staff is very friendly.」

「It was pathetic. No phone line, even mobile call wasn't being picked..I had to go downstairs to let them know I need water. There was power outage for 2 hours, despite having backup, despite requesting to turn on the backup, you didn't turn it on. I had my business meeting and was into that, imagine someone in such stage and you are not turning on. Reason; baris ho rhi hai , I think that's the reason why you have back-up right? No one at reception, the help boy was lethargic to core. For...

「Clean room, Great Food and Great service」

「The staffs were really helpful」

「The hotel smelled stale when I arrived. (This resolved in a few hours or I got used to the smell). One of the front desk people smelled like he had not showered in days. 「I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

「兄弟都很親切幫助。代訂機票服務很好。」

「STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. TOILET FLUSH works only after around 15 mins after a flush. I saw multiple people complaining about their rooms at the...

「It's nice with good service, just a little bit far from the city.」
