「This is place where one goes to rest and relax and meditate. Please be aware this place is not near any major tourist attraction. The place and location is amazing, staff very friendly and a great place if one wants to rest and contemplate.」

「I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business.」

「Such a beautiful and relaxing location, I wish we had a few more days here to enjoy kayaking and other activities the hotel offers. The pool is not heated but looked very inviting for the warmer months. About 1 hr to Ouzoud waterfalls. Super restful. The grounds were beautiful and full of lovely floral and woodsy smells. Location has an excellent restaurant on site and staff was very kind and attentive. I recommend showering very quickly as the water did get cold. No other complaints, would...
