「Generally good. The room is clean and simple but it is a pity that my floor without lift and I had to carry my heavy luggage go upstair to my room and downstair when check out」

「It was difficult to find the place, we were looking for a building and instead this a family house. we could not see the house number and the GPS keeps getting confuse. The room was large and comfortable but has no AC only one electric fan. The room was very hot. We had to close the windows because airplanes flying over the house. However, it is very convenient if you need to fly the next day, airport is only 5-10 mins away. You will share a bathroom with another room, but that was not a...

「Dolder Grand is in a really nice district but has a tradeoff that it is not so convenient for public transport especially after 11:30pm when the cable car to Dolder Grand stops working. The hotel has a very modern interior and the view from the room is magnificent as it is overlooking the whole Zurich. The service is really great and the staff are very helpful. Overall, if you want to experience a luxurious hotel experience in Zurich, Dolder Grand is your choice」

「I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely. 「The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. 」
