「Overall it was ok. Unfortunately the service lacked at times and several phonecalls had to be made in order to get any kind of service in the room. 1. EG I pre-ordered in advance some ice, glasses and mixers in advance to my room (I had an exec room). I requested that it be delivered at 6.30. 「very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. 」

「Wonderful and quaint resort」

「Chambre propre personel qualifie mes remerciements vont vers la reception surtout.」

「Equipment Old. The breakfast can piss you off from the very begining of the day」

「Nice location and staff very friendly. The welcome tea and basket of water and snack was a lovely touch. Room was clean and the washroom had great water pressure with no lack of hot water. Windows in room not a tight seal so it made for a very loud and noisy night from the street traffic.」

「It’s good location, easy to take public transportation, only external environment is a lot of dust , A hearty breakfast」

「Too loud around rooms sometimes」

「The pricing is reasonable and the facility is well-maintained. However, the breakfast service is significantly below expectations due to the limited selection and poor product quality; for instance, the orange juice is of a substandard synthetic nature. Please be advised that the rooms are not soundproof, and noise disturbances may occur during the night. The location remains highly favorable.」

「I stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights. The room was huge and I was fortunate to have a ground floor room which opened on to the pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of options. However that was the only meal I ate in the hotel so can’t comment further on other food options. The staff were all great and very courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend or stay again!」
