「A wonderful Riad in the Medina with beautiful tile work , restored in oct '25. Just 2 minute walk from being dropped off. Easily walk to all remote corners of the Medina (used google map). The rooms are on the 2nd floor and will have to carry bags by steps. Very clean place. Fatima was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Nice comfortable beds. We could also use the kettle in kitchen for tea. Highly recommend and we would definitely return if visiting Fez again.」

「Great value for money. Easy access to tours (near a main street) and very clear directions in the medina. Dinner and breakfast were the best we had in town, both in taste and presentation. 「Location is just two minutes from entrance to the medina. The riad was just renovated few years ago, room is classic, clean and living there was a joy. Free breakfast worth a praise, we lived there five nights and each breakfast got a slightly different bread. The owner is an elegant and super nice French lady, making us just like at home. It’s definitely a road worth staying.」

「Riad Fes Ziyat is a great place to stay for a visit to Fez. It’s located within the old city and is walking distance to all the places one would go for sightseeing. It’s quite close to one of the city gates so can drop off is easy. The staff is amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The place itself has very cool decor and everything is in great condition. The food is very good, as well. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Fez.」
