「Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...

There is no security, no security door latch locks in the room, floors lack cleanliness and they dont even put fitted sheets, you sleep on top of mattress cover, which is stained with yello marks. We left 15 min. After arrival and asked for refund. Property never answered and there is nobody on the property to contact. Mis lesding information all the way. 」
