"Check in was completely unsatisfactory. The hotel was completely booked and they did not have rooms ready. We registered at 11:30 and should have been able to get our key at the 3:00 check in time. They said they would call when it was ready. We never got a call. Many other people were waiting around in the same situation. We finally got into our room at 7:00 pm. The room had a ventilation duct right in front of the window and a 15' high wall about 10' in front of the window. "

"The bathroom sink only had hot water. When we turned on the cold water valve under the sink, it started leaking, so we had to turn it off. "

"Clean. Staff are all very helpful and courteous. Lots of activities for the family in the lodge itself. Will definitely recommend this place if you are planning to go to Yosemite. Will come back here if going back to Yosemite ."

"Great place for a quick getaway from the city! Reasonably priced, distance from Yosemite was ideal, and the restaurant on site felt rewarding after a long day on the road, hiking, or adventuring. The amenities are plentiful and the staff are outstandingly understanding and efficient. I look forward to visiting again! "
