「beautiful property, many rooms with great views, clean and well kept grounds and a great staff. Walkable into town, bike friendly and balmy climate compared to the oceanfront or cities. Great place, but I do have a couple of suggestions to improve the already lovely ambiance: 1) adjust your light fixtures to reduce glare - would have liked to enjoy dinner on the patio at night without a light shining in my eyes no matter where I sat and I had to toss a shirt over my room's bedlamps to use them...

「First off the concierge services from Mr Clovis and Mr Phillip were absolutely exceptional. They helped me before I arrived and all during my stay. Mr Phillip went the extra mile to help celebrate my birthday with a little surpise cake and some singing!!! Both gentlemen were genuine and friendly and so were the staff members i encountered. The property is spectacular, the art, the sculptures, the ducks absolutely fabulous however i did notice a few issues. It seemed that my tub was backwards....

「Cute little hotel In the heart of San Carlos. The rooftop lounge was a real treat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had breakfast delivered to my door each morning. The AC worked great and the beach was only a 10 minute walk away for a nice swim or some surfing. Would stay here again for the price. 」

「This is a perfectly maintained property with several comfortable guestrooms, a large patio, and a pool. 「This hotel is undergoing renovations. But the room I had was very clean. I had a bar fridge & TV & the A/C was whisper quiet. The manager was very nice & helpful. The pool was not ready to use. When I return to Gorgona, I’ll stay at this hotel. 」
