「Property is the same as it was twenty years ago when I visited a couple of times with my family. Only stayed for one night this time, but the hotel is dated. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The door did not close properly. Looked like someone had forced it open. Had to put a chair against it, since it was only for one night. The AC unit made a terrible noise all night long. Didn't get much sleep. What I did like was that the room was clean. Did pay almost six dollars for the parking though...

「Kitchen underneath cabinet was dirty and water leaking and bathroom faucet also leaking. Mattress on the floor for the main room. Dirt behind sofa. Microwave falling.」

「Mi experiencias fue muy gratificante, es un lugar de esparcimiento, relajación y descanso. Todo en medio de la montaña, fuera del bullicio. Si alguna sugerencia les diría, que pongas sobres de cocoa en la habitación para los que no bebemos café, alguna especie de cortinas a las ventana que son de cristal porque la luz de afuera en la noche entra y molesta para dormir y cuando amanece. Y que la comida del restaurante tambien haya opciones para los que no somos veganos, porque sino hay que salir...

「The room wasn’t clean. We had to clean the desk, the night table, including the phone and the clock that wasn’t functioning. There were dust everywhere. We had to take showers with our slippers on. The restaurant and the pool area were ok. Hoping everyone else enjoys a different experience.」

「Todo estuvo excelente. Volveríamos a quedarnos. La chica rubia, encargada del área de la piscina, tiene 100 en servicio al cliente. Super atenta, Servicial y pendiente a cada detalle. El water park está de show, para los niños un éxito brutal. En las habitaciones todo en orden. Y los del Front Desk muy serviciales y amables, tanto en el check in como en el chek out.」

「The room was spotless, the mattress and pillows a little too hard for my liking, the pool is clean and nice, there is coffe free of charge every morning (they should bring it a little earlier) even thou there is a nice bar rest. by the pool, is closed, there is not much entertainment close by and the parking situation is difficult. The staff is friendly and helpful」
