「We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. 「Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Rather than showing understanding or offering proper assistance, he was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our holiday experience.」

「Nice hotel right on the beach. Helpful staff, comfortable beds (uncommon in Greece!), modern bathroom, sea view balcony, complimentary beach towels. Our only gripe was an extra charge for paying by card in the restaurant - no extra charge for cash - haven't encountered this anywhere else in Greece in the last 20 days!」
