「I was really looking forward to staying at Winery Hotel 1870, but sadly, I couldn’t make it because a close family member passed away unexpectedly just before my trip. It was a heartbreaking and chaotic time for my family, and I reached out to the hotel a bit later than planned to explain the situation. While I completely understand that cancellation policies exist, I was hoping for a little understanding or flexibility given the circumstances — even a small gesture such as a partial refund,...

「We loved our stay at Suite Home Santorini! The apartment was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center. Our host George went above and beyond—arranging round-trip airport transfers, helping with dinner reservations, and even coming to help us at 4 AM when we got locked out. We were a group of 6 and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend!」

「Nice and helpful staff. Enjoyed the warm pool and ocean view.」

「Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.」

「Beautiful, clean, perfect location, lovely staff, absolutely would recommend!」

「Very clean comfortable room and good neighborhood, close to Fira Main Street just 10 mins walk 」

「Perfect experience at Athina Luxury Suites. A stunning view at Fira with private shots of sunset. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, certainly making our stay a worthwhile and memorable one!」

「Excellent accueil. La chambre était spacieuse avec vue sur la mer. La salle de bains est à rénover mais ce n était pas un problème pour notre séjour. A 10 mn à pied du centre de Fira, très bien situé.」

「Sophia was very friendly and recomeded very good places to visit in the island. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. The hotel cleanness was decent, the towels smelled very nice. Unfortunately one of the gentleman that came to our room for various reasons had a very strong body odor that linger in our room for several minutes. One of my main complains is that the bathroom did not had a vent extractor so when one must use the toilet the smell escaped through the opening of the glass...

「靚景，房間整潔。 泳池好靚，但去時天氣太凍無落水。 行番去市中心都好近，太約行10分鐘就到，幾方便。」

「Conveniently situated by the free public parking lot and the main square. clean room, nice tub and the staff is responsive via WhatsApp. 」

「10 out of 10. The room is very clean, the equipment is new and comfortable. Especially all the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in Greece, I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Fira as long as they don't mind the lack of views.」
