「Visited here 12th to 19th June. We were a group of five - My wife & I then our daughter, partner & 18 month old grandson. All-inclusive had never really appealed to my wife & I before, mainly because she is Coeliac, and we have a general lack of confidence with sourcing gluten-free dining when abroad. But our daughter really wanted to stay here, so we agreed after reading a few positive reviews with regards allergy care. So, firstly, check-in was a breeze. Great staff from the get-go. ...

「Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und die Austattung der Zimmer sehr schön und toll (da auch alles neu), was jedoch nicht renoviert wurde, ist die komplette Hotelanlage dh die Poolarea war leider alt, die Steine auf den Seiten gebrochen und hat ungepflegt ausgesehen. Am Strand haben die Schirme gefehlt so dass wir leider keinen Schatten haben konnten, dh sind wir oben bei der Poolarea gelegen und sind immer wieder von dort aus runter ins Meer gegangen. Es gibt aufjedenfall noch einwenig...

「Loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. We had an early flight so arrived before the rooms are normally ready. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and cool flannel. There was no waiting at the desk we just sat and relaxed whilst they sorted everything. We were given a slip with our room number and a link to the hotel app so that we could go and have lunch. They took a phone number so that they could let us know the minute our room was ready....
