「The Holiday Inn Resort in Bodrum is a wonderful resort for a reasonable price. We stayed just before the start of the summer season so the resort’s amenities and facilities weren’t fully operational yet but they did well with what they had. Staff were kind and courteous but slow at times due to lower staffing. 「I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same...

「硬件很好，早餐也不错，房间也比较大，还都有阳台，中央是游泳池，景观很好。只是不是自己的生意，前台服务生服务一般，开始还比较热情，当得知我在hotel网站订的价格非常低后，基本就没服务了，不管拿行李，不主动告诉网络密码。反倒是酒店主人很是用心，询问意见。总之，自驾车的话是个物有所值的酒店。」

Front desk and management did listen to our feedback and changed our accommodation to a room that was in-line with our expectations. Overall a positive experience, and we were thankful for the staff and their willingness to ensure we were happy. 」
