"Great location with a bus stopping outside and fantastic sea views. The only thing that let the hotel down was the rooms. It was windy and the wind blew through the rooms, meaning most of our party couldn't sleep. Housekeeping was also poor with soap/shampoo etc, not being replaced and the incorrect number of towels being left. "
"Marietta and her family are wonderful hosts! The room and entire property are impeccably clean. The pool area is lovely. My friends and I were not sure what to expect but were thrilled with "
"Nice location, good pools, nice beach. Good and fresh drinks at bars. Especially good service at Main Bar next to the pool. Buffet is low standard for lunch and dinner. From a 5 star resort one would expect significantly higher standard-no variety, not good display and not tasty. Specialty restaurants were nice and tasty. "
"It is a beautiful place to stay. Quiet and relaxing but with everything you want a stones throw away. The apartments themselves are very clean and comfy. The pool is lovely and clean and never crowded. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay in kos."
"We stayed there for one night as we were on our way to Italy and our flight wasn't leaving until the next day. The pool area was nice and large. The rooms do need some updating, but overall were fine."
"We had such a relaxing stay here, from the stunning pool and gardens, to the the peaceful rooms and atmosphere.
The wellness classes are excellent and so holistic in the outdoor location.
Kos Town is around a 25 minute walk, or 10 minute taxi ride away for restaurants and bars. The hotel is surrounded mainly by fields, which makes it a nice retreat from the busy town.
Every member of the hotel team was so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The service was 5* here and...

Top Kos Thermes Hotel Reviews
Natura Park Village Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred..
Then I asked at reception to order a taxi going to Kos town and agreed on a price but when I met the taxi driver the next day he said I had to pay 5 € reservation fees on top of the agreed price. The receptionist did not say anything about this.
Nevertheless, I had a lovely time. Thanks for the hospitality!"
"The hotel is truly boutique, very well kept. Rooms clean and up to date. Nice furniture, great mattress. It’s hot in Greece now but we have no problem with air conditioning, which is not that often in Europe. The service is top notch. Reception friendly and very fast service, housekeeping (twice a day room cleaning), beach service amazing. You step on the beach they prepare chase lounge and umbrella for you in a min. The chase lounges probably a foot thick mattress, very comfortable, now problem to spend the whole day there. Complementary water (bottled water) in the bucket with ice.
Food very good and you can order to the beach.
Great Laguna so the water in the sea very calm.
Great place, great service, amazing experience."
"Recommend a hire car but this place really is a piece of heaven in the Kos town hills.
Location, concierge, George (onsite manager) and villia itself which is perfectly equipped for your holiday needs. Nothing was a problem and we intend to revisit soon!"
"Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at.
The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks.
Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included.
The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served.
They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails.
Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly.
Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie.
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens.
My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean.
I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family.

"Hotel rooms, pools and entertainment was really good
However, the hotel is not by the beach… you cannot walk to it. Hotel is in the hills in residential areas.
They do run a shuttle bus every hour 9-3pm only and that only takes you to working marina and it’s 20-30mins to kos town
There is a couple of tiny stoney beaches but not great where bus drops you (you have to walk backwards from shuttle bus drop of)
Bus often goes early as once it’s full, that’s it as it cannot take more than 20people
We went at end of season and it went early a few times, would be awful in height of season!
Why it stops at 3pm no idea, but reception kept saying it’s only 20e to and from town in taxi, like it’s so cheap!!!
Only has one dining room and as said, we went end of season and was busy enough, thus it would be hurrendous in height season.
They do have one so-called Al la carte which is above main buffet restaurant but it’s just another Buffett just smaller, which you help yourself. We went for so called Italian and Greek nights but it had no food at all relating to Italian or green food!! So we went down to Main restaurant
All staff were very unfriendly and don’t give you any information about anything… we did after lots of winding up,crack a bit of a smile!
Entertainment was good… just as well as you can’t go anywhere outside"
