「Reception staff including Moussa were very helpful. Restaurant service depended on server. Pool bar service was very slow. Property location and rooms were spectacular. 」

「La chambre explorer est très éloignée du reste des espaces. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très copieux. Proximité des tentes entre elles, il faut avoir des voisins calmes pour être au calme. Environnement magnifique. Piscine non chauffée.」

「Very friendly staff and beautiful location. Overpriced. Small rooms. Mediocre food. Would not recommend if you are not travelling with children as families with children seem to treat the small communal spaces as their private villa. 」

「Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr groß. Das Abendessen mit Livemusik und Feuershow war ebenfalls atemberaubend. Hervorzuheben ist das Personal, man hatte einen eigenen Guide, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Das Essen serviert, das Auto zur Unterkunft gefahren, Feuer gemacht. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen」

「Lots of positives and some negatives. In short I would go again. To expand a little... the complex and the layout are very good. It's a very nicely styled hotel. Compliments to the room cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff (other than a bit of a grumpy guy called Omar at the pool bar) and compliments too to the entertainment team (though my kids didn't do much with them). All those guys were great. Reception staff were hit and miss. The luggage handler guys were imposing and...

「Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.」
