Short break weekend - amazing stay

We enjoy led everything in our all-inclusive package, friendly and polite staff, good food and drinks. All the areas are well maintained, lots staff ready to help and good entertainment all day long! Full recommended for a cuple

The garden was amazing . The management en réception terrible. Disco and casino next door makes sure you wont sleep. Ever. Staff just doesnt care. They are extremely rude. Thank you Expedia for the support during our complain.

The hotel is nice, good layout, 2 single beds which can convert to double for couples and 1 extra single in every room. gardens, bars, etc perfect but its geared up for french speaking tourist so you will not enjoy the entertainment as its all in French with no word of English. apparently they can speak English but the French Employer specifically says no English to the employees. Food also geared up for the french not the English. Hot doughnuts with chocolate spread was a good start at breakfast!

We had a great time here and such a fantastic service. The only improvement I would recommend is to make available plug sockets near the bed. I would definitely recommend the resort to others. Great food 😊

The building needs to be remodel. Toilet leaking/furniture with ants. The food was really good. Servers and housekeepers very polite. Nice activities through out the day. Nice area/close to the beach about 10 minute walk. The hotel parking lot is very small probably big enough for 6 cars only. It was an ok stay….i don’t think I will book this hotel again.

Very noisy with the nightclub and casino adjacent to the resort. Opened at 2am and went until at least 7 am. No airport shuttle which was advertised. Food very hit and miss, breakfast great, lunch ok and dinner inedible.

close to the beach. Friendly staff. Interesting design of room. It was so complicated to get beach towels ((( Despite deposit of 10 EUR (cost of 10 towels, i believe), you need to be registered in 2 books with signatures. No drinking water for breakfast.

Nous avons séjourné 10jours dans ce merveilleux hôtel club francophone. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est au petit soin pour les vacanciers. Que se soit les serveurs, les cuisiniers qui nous font de bons plats assez variés, les femmes de ménage (Fatima un grand merci pour vos belles décorations de lit dans le bâtiment 3) l'équipe d'animation et tout ceux qui se démènent pour que se club soit une vraie réussite pour les vacanciers, un grand merci. !!!Très belle ambiance qui donne vraiment envie de revenir !!!!

Positif: Variété de la nourriture, piscines et plage ainsi que les jardins sont très agréables et bien entretenus. Personnel parfait, accueil, réception, restaurant, bar, chambre, infirmerie et services techniques. Négatif: hébergement bruyant côté route, mauvaise isolation des fenêtres. Eclairage salle de bain insuffisant au-dessus du lavabo. Les transats et parasols des petites piscines sont à remplacer à l'instar de la piscine principale ou tout est OK

J adore cet hotel. Le personnel est accueillant souriant. Ils font tout pour rendre notre sejour agréable. La reception repond a nos moindres demandes. La cuisine tres bien il.y en a pour tout les gouts, et variés. Le bar l'equipe est au top. Le personnel de menage souriant et a l'ecoute. Le personnel de la piscine sourient et serviable. L hotel est bien entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses.

Orange exfiltrée et verre bleu Ovni

Des oranges exfiltrées par un serveur se retrouvent dans un verre bleu Ovni. Je suis privilégiée car je bois du jus d'orange. Une situation abérrante dans ce club. Un service horrible.Des serveurs qui vous crachent leur mécontentement à la figure. Une nourriture sans goût digne d'une cantine scolaire. Des serviettes de bain qui se transforment rapidement en torchons car usées par les lavages. Pas d'animations le soir. Une misérable table de ping pong oû l'attente ressemble à celle de la sécu. Bref, cet établissement est à fuir. Le rapport qualite prix n'y est pas. Je me suis fait arnaquée. Nous avions réservé 3 chambres car 7 personnes. Ps: Dans les verres bleus sont servis des jus d'oranges frais pour quelques clients privilégiés.

Rapport qualité prix déplorable

Service catastrophique (souvent à la limite de l'insulte), nourriture immangeable (produits de piètre qualité et mal préparé). Les sanitaires sont sales et très rarement nettoyés, les serviettes de bains sont largement usées et les chambres à peine acceptables.

Jamais vu aussi pire de cet hôtel déplorable

Horrible expérience, Parking non disponible (que j’ai du payer), chambre petite , salle de bain sale, aucune activité à faire sauf la Picine , kids club pour enfant payant, restauration nulle ( pas de frite pour les enfants) j’ai du allé à ma Donald pour acheter de frites à mon fils, all inclusive mais vous devais payer pour tout meme un jus d’orange le matin au petit déjeuner, hygiène déplorable, endroit fermé de plus de 100 personne et on dit rien sur le masque ,et la meilleure est la pub sur l’hôtel qu’il est pied sur mer (vous devez traversez une route, marché plus d’un kilomètre pour y accéder et finalement trouver quatre parasols sans aucune sécurité. j’ai du changé d’hôtel après la première nuit car je ne me sentait pas en sécurité, la direction a refusé de rembourser les deux nuit restante sur mon séjour, en général c’est la pire expérience que j’ai eu , qui m’a coûté 500€

Hôtel à recommander !

Cet hotel est très agréable et tout proche d'un côté de la plage et de l'autre du centre ville. Le personnel est souriant, serviable et fait tout son possible pour rendre les vacances agréables. Pendant les vacances scolaires l'équipe d'animation est très mobilisante. Nous avons passé une semaine très plaisante.
