「Not 4 star, bathrooms are disgusting and need updating as grout is mouldy and water doesn’t drain properly in the shower…really dated. Air conditioners don’t work! Bathroom stink, indoor pool not clean! rude staff telling us we can’t eat breakfast on certain tables because they didn’t want to clean more! Horrible food, so bland and really disgusting. Entertainment not always appropriate for kids even though they said it is family friendly. Never recommend to anyone, waste of money.」

「Basic but clean room, slight issue with Air-Con but staff were super responsive and fixed straight away! Staff always willing to help and would highly recommend the on site Spa for Hammam (women only) Close enough to range of restaurants which were still open even in Ramadan just operating at slightly different opening hours usually closing for an hour around 7/8 to allow staff to break fast. 」

「Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several...

「Wifi service was poor sometimes no signals for half the time. Bathroom was spacious with shower glass and the water pressure was good with hot and cold water Room was clean and location was good for the two nights that we stayed thereb」

「la clim ne fonctionne pas, pas de coffre fort, la personne a la réception elle est aigrie mais d'une manière que j'avais envie de changer d'hôtel trop de bruit à cause du cabaret juste à côté franchement à fuir vraiment c'était pas du repos mais que du stress à la proche de la nuit à savoir qu'on va pas réussir à dormir voilà bcp de négatif」

「1 petits déjeuners médiocre, terrasse couverte extrêmement sale surtout que c'est la que l'on peut manger (table et chaises). Il n'y a que 3 parasols pour la piscine. Pour finir, a la réception il n'y a personne pour nous informer, ils sont au courant de rien, restaurants ouverts, activités etc.」
