I was pleasantly surprised with how much fun we had, the staff were friendly, the facility was kept clean, and the entertainment staff did a good job keeping the children and adults entertained for the the whole day to the point where you really do not need to leave the facility. Will be back

The ambiance is good the staff good but the food no much choice like it was before . Breakfast no much choice really disappointed we had to go and have dinner ouside the hotel except 1 night when we booked the Moroccan Restaurant that in the hotel was excellent. I used to recommend this hotel but now not it’s not worse the Monee I payed

Nice average stay. Food wasn’t great. Limited choice. Rooms well out dated. Basic maintenance around the place not done to make it even feel and look better. Entertainment for kids is really good! Pool bar service is really good! Pools are great! No AC in rooms as advertised and wifi is only by the pool and reception if needed (also shockingly bad wifi).

This hotel is a disappointment. It should be degraded as it has nothing to offer. It needs total refurbishment. The room are a disgrace. The towel worn out. It did not have hot water to shower. It really should not be advertised on the site

This hotel is a catastrophe waiting to happen the building is extremly outdated and falling apart, we had a non working tv in our room form the 1920s, the toilette is very old probabley from the 60s and doesn’t flash properly, the fourniture is falling apart. There is a wooden rail in the balcony that wigely and ready to com off which is a huge safety hazard, if someone leans agains it while lookinh out the balcony it could fall and the person would fall down from the third floor. There are bugs in the room because the doors and windows haven't been replaced since the hotel was built and they have holes in them that allow all sorts of bugs to get inside the room. The only positive is the staff, they are friendly but unfortunately they don't have much to work with. The food quality and Cleanliness is mediocre, although the stay was all inclusive we had to eat outside most of the time. The funny part is decpite the hotel offering rooms and amenities of a motel quality, it charges a 4 star hotel nightly rate which is outrageous.

we have just returned from caribbean village,agador..went with trepidation due to some reviews but was very impressed with high standards . Staff couldnt do enough for us and animation team were better than good. we were with kids aged 3-17 and they were well entertained. hotel and rooms clean and comfy although not all rooms have a.c(fans can be hired) the food was very good standard and hygeine was not a problem. high levels of guests but more than enough.. we preferred the main restaurant"oasis" rathwer than themed restaurants. we only tipped if we wanted to & certainly were not pushed into it. yes towels were out early morning reserving chairs but we never went without. locals very welcoming & understand valuje of tourists. Ample food available and drinks,there is something to suit everyone. you need to barter locally and "souk al-had" a great market,. Kids really are kings there ,treated with love and respect as they should be!! beach nearby with private area reserved for the hotel. also an on site spa with qualified staff, we had a berber massage for 2 hrs reasonably priced. It is best to take sterling and exchange to dhirrams at bank outside hotel as euros work out expensive. Basically all the negative stuff i read and expected just did not happen .. go and enjoy this great hotel..we did!!

We recently went to Morrocco for family holidays for ten nights having booked all inclusive packages through Expedia with 6 nights in Marrakech and 4 nights in Agadir. We went from Marrakech to Agadir to stay in Carribean Village. Our taxi driver had no idea about the location of this hotel and had to make two phone calls to find the exact address. Reception staff seemed to be in a hurry and from our standards were quite rude. Although only a small amount, but we had to pay " guest tax". Only some rooms had air conditioning, other rooms had no fans either. We were given one room with AC and the other one with no facility to make yourself comfortable in hot weather. We had to rent a table fan after paying a deposit. The dining area wasn't particularly clean and food was substandard. I witnessed one attendant picking up cutlery from floor and putting back in the tray. Crockery was not clean either. Quality of drinks was poor. The animation and loud music went on well past midnight. I actually managed to relocate to a hotel through the local Expedia agent after 2 days. I don't know why this place is contracted by reputed companies like Expedia. If you have booked a holiday to this place, there could still be time to change.
