「We booked a 4 night stay in Agadir for our wedding anniversary. We emailed the hotel for our airport transfer which they kindly arranged without any issues. Mr Houcine called us personally the day before our travel to reassure us that all was ok. On arrival to Agadir airport, our driver was on time, warm & welcoming. A lovely start! 「The biggest attribute at this hotel is not the beautiful building, the amazing food or the calming atmosphere- it’s the combined staff. Literally everyone ( well, perhaps not the spa) meets you with a smile and you’re left in no doubt that you’re welcome and valued. 「The staff are the star of the hotel. Samia at reception very helpful very friendly, she worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable, and Rizlane too. The nurse Salwa was caring about my son, when he was unwell. Sofiane the chef was very hospitable, he cooked special dishes for my unwell son. The room service and cleaners were cleaning the room every day, very professional. Achraf and entertainment team were amazing and full of fun, they kept us very engaged with lots of activities. 」
