"This was the worst place I've ever stayed. The room was super gross, the toilet hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long, it was sticky with urine & the inside bowl was very icky. Every surface dirty. Bed linens stained, holes, found a bug just hoping they don't go home with me. Floors unswept, towels dingy and gross-they haven't been bleached in a long time. I would never ever recommend anyone to this hotel. I only stayed because it was 9° outside & it had been payed for online & there was no getting my money back. Thankfully i had wipes to give everything a quick cleaning & my own blankets & pillow. I cannot stress enough how unkept this place was. The photos I took were after I wiped things down & do not show the full extent of the nastiness. I think you would get a cleaner place in a redlight district renting by the hour. 2 thumbs down, 0 stars, do not recommend. "

"This was a disappointing stay. We requested and we're told that we had a non-smoking room, but it smelled terrible. There was a big hole in the carpet next to the bed and cigarette Burns. The towels were nice and the shower was great. Reserved a king room but they were only upstairs and Mobility did not allow that so we ended up downstairs with two beds. Very old Linens. This hotel needs updating desperately."

"Nice room but the tv remote was missing batteries, the hot tub wouldn't get hot and the radio on the wall was broken. Other then that it was okay. But one of the main reasons we got the room was for the hot tub which didn't work. "
