"When I checked into the hotel on Thursday it went smoothly but come Friday night -Sunday morning I had to make numerous phone calls to the front desk everyday because kids was running up and down the halls loudly and banging on doors and was even running in the halls passed the times it said it was quiet hours and I couldn’t sleep or rest. And all the front desk said is they couldn’t do anything about it and that they would send their maintenance or cleaning people to go check it out and to me that’s unacceptable because if I’m making the same phone call about the same incident something should of been done the very first time "

"The room was nice and well maintained. The free breakfast is like most free hotel breakfasts, pretty mediocre with scrambled powdered eggs. The main Downside is traffic and train noise. The trucks really became active around 6:00 am. Although I had a rental car, they have 2 EV chargers which I always look for when driving my own electric car. "

I called to see if pool was open before booking GET THERE POOL CLOSED..Breakfast cold Boiled eggs & waffles..tape holding the numbers on room doors ..Paint peeling off walls &tape covering HOLES IN WALLS.. MISSING PATCHES of carpet missing on hallway floor..Rust & Mold in bathroom..THE WORST "

"The front desk ladies were so rude and unprofessional. Our room smelled stale and there was a huge bodily fluid stain on the mattress. The shower had no curtain. The lady at the desk brought one and I had to put it up myself. Was also told there were no more towels. A room for 5 people only had 3 towels. You had men hanging out outside the doors smoking iykwim. The property outside was disgusting. The area was very run down and nasty. Definitely not somewhere you want to stay with children. We left to get dinner and booked somewhere else. Just awful! "

"The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff were very nice. The lobby/bar areas are beautifully decorated. We had a deluxe king room w/ a partial lake view. The room was surprisingly on the small side. I was looking for something larger considering this is a 4 star recently remodeled hotel. The bathroom was very small. The rain shower head was a plus. Disappointing that the mirror did not have magnifier or Led Lights. The worst part of our stay is the bed/mattress was HARD. It was the worst night sleep that we ever had. My husband woke up several times in the night and finally at 7am he said let's go home so he could sleep. So disappointing for an overnight stay and the good night sleep was not had. "
