"The breakfast was very good, but crowded. The staff was friendly. The people in the room next to us were a little loud. "

"Bathroom window lock not working. Room was kind of clean, hair left behind in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfy. "

"I’m struggling to understand what the $30/day “resort fee” actually covered. There were none of the amenities you’d expect—no valet, no room service, and no housekeeping during our stay. We also couldn’t connect to Prime Video or Netflix on the TV, which is pretty standard at most places we stay, so that was frustrating. I called the front desk to request extra coffee (since there’s no room service), and it never showed up. On top of that, there was ongoing renovation that wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time, which definitely impacted the overall experience. That said, on a positive note, the room itself was very updated, modern, and extremely clean. Given the lack of services and the inconvenience, the resort fee feels completely unjustified. If it’s meant to cover something specific, it certainly wasn’t clear or noticeable during our stay. We WILL NOT be returning."

"Clean room, excellent amenities (fitness room, free guest laundry, pool, hot tub activities room, daily activities, free bicycles for guest use, well equipped kitchenettes, daily breakfast offerings, etc) The only issue was when a young family checked in the room next to ours (no adjacent nighbors for the week prior) the rooms have very poor soundpoofing, you could hear the adults voices and a crying toddler almost as if they were in our room, not on the other side of a wall. In fairness, the rooms did have connecting doors (which were closed) that may have been a contributing factor). And, we had been spoiled by a week of quiet solitude in the off-season."
