Very well appointed hotel with great facilities including sauna and steam which unusually were well appreciated after a big storm Probably one of the most abundant and impressive breakfast buffets I’ve had in a long time. "Location was great: The famous bazaar was 8 min away to the left of the property and there's a metro station nearby as well. To the right u just walk 3 min to the nearest tram that can take u to Alsancak or u can walk for max 7 min to arrive to a very nice college style neighborhood. It reminded me of New York honestly. Room was extra clean and facilities are great. The receptionists were more than perfect and helpful and polite gentlemen. All in all perfect hotel. "

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
