"Staff was very nice but my room was terrible. Sink drain broke immediately and the air conditioner was so loud, I couldn’t hear the TV. Toilet was ridiculously loud as well. They need to upgrade their rooms. "

"The rooms are very small. The heat did not work when I told the staff of the heat was not working. I thought maybe they will put me in another room instead they brought me a small heater that was cracks in the walls cracks around the headboard just nasty."

"I got cramps after eating an omelet for breakfast on the first day. Housekeeping skipped our room one day and did not restock supplies on another day. "

"I booked this hotel because it listed having a pool and hot tub. I got there and they said the pool was under construction. I get I booked through a 3rd party site, but they really should have communicated because I would have canceled. It was literally the reason why I booked them. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Just wish I wasn't sold on something that wasn't available."

From amazing personell and service, to gorgeous golf course and garden views, to very clean rooms and so good food at hotel restaurant. A gem! And don’t miss the golf course, is really nicely maintained and very good course. I will be back.."
