"The Executive Floor is probably the best way to experience the Hotel, You get access to the lounge and you can basically go any time before 8pm and have different selections. My Wife and I had a great time"

"This location is near the high end stores and close to transit, rail or metro. The breakfast area is very busy and groups of 2 work best. The staff are really nice and will go out of their way to help you. For breakfast it was ok, everywhere in Japan it seems you have to ask for your eggs cooked longer unless you like very runny omelettes, scrambled eggs or even over easy. There was a large travel group that took over the breakfast area which made it tough. We managed but decided on grab and go, coffee machine line was sometimes very long. The TV has very limited channels for English, but casting and Apps allowed YouTube access and so on. We just searched free movies and found some. Overall it’s a nice hotel with very polite and happy staff who always great you with a warm hello and a smile."

"Clean and well provisioned hotel that exits onto a train station for easy travel. Free tea and coffee from a machine in the foyer meant you can leave everyday coffee in hand to walk to Ginza and the shops. Amenities in the room were very good with daily refresh of the serum/face wash/moisturiser sachets. Very clean. Very helpful staff. We didn’t try the restaurants but did have a drink in the bar overlooking the large windows and city view. We would use this hotel again."

"We stayed for almost a week and were really comfortable here! The room was slightly bigger than at remm Tokyo Kyobashi. The we could both have our suitcases on the floor at the same time and there was a little couch under the window with a lovely view. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was really nice, tiled floors, a larger sink area, heated spot on the mirror to stop steam, and the extraction fans did their job well. It's a 10-ish minute walk to three different train stations so we could go anywhere we liked with ease. The Don Quijote across the road and Family Mart downstairs were super convenient. The staff were lovely, we really appreciated their English skills (our Japanese is lacking). Would definitely stay again!"
