「We had a car, so we were a bit concerned about parking, but the parking garage was easily accessible and super convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. 「Good location, there is a shopping mall beside the hotel, you could find restaurants and supermarket there. Parking entrance is same as the mall, but it has separate gate and space for hotel guest.」

「Funny and interest decoration with beautiful pictures. Very nice staff answer any questions. Simple and good breakfast are available. The room is a bit of small but tidy and equipment is enough. It seems convenience and takes 15 minutes from hotel to downtown by tram.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「虽然开车转了几圈才找到，但位置是很好的，离商业区和湖滨都不远，边上就是大教堂，还有一个摆了几门炮的古迹。免费升级到了套房，房间和卫生间都很大，用旧木材装修，和现代家具形成对比，既舒适又怀旧，和古老的建筑很般配。据说有名人住过，但介绍的名字不认识。曾经有两位美国总统在酒店的餐厅里吃过饭。米其林2015有推荐。」
