"Very limited staff. I had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk staff to show up. I had to wait 10 mins to get a drink at the bar cause the lady was making someone a hamburger and couldn’t do both at the same time. Our bathroom had 2 dirty wash clothes in the shower with hair all over them. I complained about it and was told “oh sorry.” The ice machine was broken at the bar so I couldn’t get ice with my drink. Overall the place was rundown, dirty, poorly staffed. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel room smelled like smoke, although it was a smoke free room. Room looked like it’s never been deep cleaned. Pillows were thrown on the bed. I didn’t even want to sleep on the bed or have my bare feet on the floors. I refused to stay here & ended up having to book another hotel minutes before I had to go to a wedding rehearsal. I’ve stayed at other BayInns but this one very much like a motel. "
