The room was in the middle of being painted and there was fresh patches unsanded on the walls which they had attempted to cover the smell of with half a can of glen 20. Out of 6 lights in the room only one worked, the bed was free rolling around the room when we touched it. The door had so much of a gap around it that the cold air was rushing in and when I tried to speak to the person on duty they were very dismissive and said I could call on Monday at 9 to speak to the manager And that they Sērenes aware of the problems but they didn’t offer any further help

Perfect for my needs. Clean basic well priced accommodation. If you're sensitive to road noise, it is on a main road so dont expect peace and quiet.

I didnt like the way you gave the wtong price. Expedia also put down the wrong date even though it initially came up with the date we wanted. It was after we booked the accomodation we recieved an itinery with the wrong dates, so we cancelled.

Noisy area/older place and relatively clean/air con kept turning off and approached management but it was my fault seemingly. No washing machines to use, cleaner had to do it for you. $15 a load. No cutlery or plates.

Glad of phone call to tell where the key would be. Everything very clean and nice. Only a bit worried about slipping in the shower as tiles seemed slippery. Price good also. Thank you.

Room was good pity the parking isn't organised per room. Went for dinner to come back to no parking as cars double parked and trailers unhitched in carparks

Ease of location, parking availability The only negative which is minor I had I had to change rooms as I was booked into an upstairs deluxe single room able to change to a ground floor room but it definitely in my opinion was not the deluxe single room which was pictured on the site The manager was very polite and helpful in changing the room but I was a little disappointed with the bathroom facilities and only a double bed which was clean and comfortable other than very happy with the motel

Reception hospitality fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and comforting experience. The rooms were tiny and the bathrooms were in corners that even a small child would struggle to fit into. Loud banging on the roof of one nights stay which kept us awake most of the night, other guests allowing their children to run up and down the pathway upstairs and making loud noises and banging of doors from other guests coming and going. Every time a truck passed the motel the room would shake.

Disappointing bed and bathroom. Take earplugs!!!!!
Arrived at welcome Inn at 5.30pm, after check in, found room still being cleaned. Night 1 terrible sleep due to banana shaped mattress, so bent on waking my back and neck ached. Night 2 moved to single bed also in room ripped off bedding and slept with my head at the foot end. This seemed the better end. Bathroom-tiny. Shower good with shampoo conditioner and body wash in pumps on wall. Washed my hair one squirt of conditioner and bottle was out. Going to the toilet, so close to the basin my head almost touched it, you have to reverse your behind in to use the toilet because there is so little room. Getting up each time resulted in hitting my left arm on the basin. Fridge, microwave, no cutlery or plates. Would NOT return. Lastly its on a main road with traffic lights out front. Trucks and loud cars heard all night stopping and on take off. Take earplugs!!! Room and curtains smelled of cigarettes.

Hello, thanks for your Review. The cleaners quite often will do "Extra Work", in the Rooms when vacant, which applied to your room. We contacted Customers before and after your stay who used that room, and asked about any problems with the Bed ! They could not replicate your concerns, and the beds here are quite new at under 16 months. Perhaps you are used to a very Firm Bed, -I Know as this applies to me. Most Motels, in order to keep the price resonable, have limited space, and during constuction keep the Bathrooms smallish. If customers would like the use of some cutlery, they only need ask and we are happy to loan some, as we are a Motel not a Restaurant. Lastly, Most Motels are on or near main roads for easy access for customers to find, as we are only 3-4Kms from the city on the road in from Melbourne. These are the Plus and minuses of staying in a Motel as compared to a much more expensive Hotel. Regards.

1시 체크인이었지만 청소가 안되어있었고 이불이 좀 얇았던 점 빼고는 괜찮았어요. 수압도 쎄고 따뜻한물 잘 나왔고 와이파이도 빠른편입니다. 주차장도 무료이고 넓어요. 주변에 빨래방, 마트, 한식집도 있고 상권도 괜찮습니다.

Friendly and congenial person on reception; very easy to engage with. The motel lived up to it's name "The Welcome Inn" as far as we were concerned, and has done each time we've stayed over several years now.

Great price - convenient location - clean and tidy. Everything we needed and at one of the best prices in Adelaide. Definitely excellent value for money. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. This motel will be the place we stay whenever we come to Adelaide.

Stayed for 4 days inconsistent in replacing bathroom towel sor shower mat. Property although at least 45years old still needs some fixing, no toaster provided although you can ask. No cutlery or plates provided if you want to make own breakfast. Reasonable pricing but very basic.

Hello, thank you for your Review. We found on days that you stayed where no towels were provided was because you re-hung them on the Towel Rack, which in Hotel/Motels Mean "Do Not Replace". We are happy to provide cutlery or plates if asked. We do not leave them in the rooms anymore because they use to often "Go Missing". Regards.
