I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「extremely friendly staff, very nice location and will definitely come back.」

The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!」
