「Check in 接待櫃台時常關閉,無人駐守,22:00後便關閉.入口只有階梯,沒有斜坡進入,對於提行李的旅客很不方便.房間沒有電話,只有冬天的暖氣,沒有冷氣空調,沒有刮鬍刀,沒有牙刷,沒有室內拖鞋.照片外觀一樓是和飯店沒有關係的餐廳,這點非常誤導消費者,且晚上用餐酒客經常大聲喧嘩,令人無法安靜入睡.電視全部皆是波蘭語的節目,完全沒有BBC,CNN等英文頻道,非常不方便.」
